The WEE Committee

The WEE Center is a ministry of the Woodbrook Baptist Church and comes under the supervision of the Church's WEE Committee. The duties of the WEE Committee are to:

1. Work with the personnel committee in developing job descriptions and in enlisting persons to direct and lead the program.
2. Lead in making arrangements to comply with necessary licensing requirements.
3. Determine policies and procedures for the operation and administration of the program.
4. Organize the involvement of church members and parents in the program.
5. Serve as liaison between the program and the Church.
6. Assist the Director in developing a workable budget.
7. Make regular reports and bring recommendations to the Church concerning the work of the program.
8. Conduct evaluation of the work of the Committee and assist with program evaluation when needed.
