WEE School is the Ivy League of early education! The teachers are devoted to the children, which allows your child to easily reach his or her full potential. All of the students are instilled with a love and respect for everyone and everything in the world around them. My son graduated from WEE with all the skills necessary to attend kindergarten. Now my daughter is in her second year and has had such a great experience she would like to go to school every day. I feel that I could not have chosen a better preschool for my children.
         -- Theresa D., WEE parent of a 4- and a 3-year old

SandboxBoth my son and daughter went through the WEE Center and I can't sing its praises high enough. At the center of my enthusiasm is the teachers. They are simply wonderful: kind, patient, fun, informative, caring -- and gently firm when they need to be! It has never struck me that this was just a job for any teacher at WEE; they really love the children and enjoy helping them learn and grow into the best little people they can be.

The curriculum may be great, the classrooms well arranged and the playground age appropriately entertaining, but nothing will ever rival the excited look in your child's eyes as s/he waits for the classroom door to open and a new day's fun and learning to begin.
         -- Katherine W., WEE parent from 2001-2006

WEE has been part of my family for the last five years. The teachers are nurturing and loving. They are also very positive and kept me updated in the milestones that my son had achieved. They were always ready to greet my son in the morning with open arms and a big smile. In the four-year old room, the teachers taught my sons to be independent and prepared them for kindergarten. Director Dawn Baker is a true leader and strives to develop one-on-one relationships with parents and students. She is also conscientious and caring. She brings a sincere joy of learning to the center.
-- Milly C., parent of two WEE alumni

The greater purpose of preschool is to become an environment which nurtures one's child's mind, soul and talents. It helps to guide them toward a life as a unique, responsible individual.

The WEE center provides all of that. It has all of the typical qualities of a preschool, but so much more. We have been so impressed with the school from the beginning and look forward to the years ahead with our sons.

We have been very impressed with the WEE center's communication chain. The daily classroom notes are invaluable, especially since our three-year old cannot account for his entire day.

The thorough evaluation process of each child is impressive. We were shocked with the information we received at the parent conferences. Numerous times we have asked for advice in toddler-parenting dilemmas. The teachers have been more than responsive to the "families and their needs."

We cannot say enough good things about the school. The greatest compliment from our family is that our once shy, mommy-centered child looks forward to school! He ran to the doors on day one and hasn't turned back yet!!
-- Julie T., parent of 3-year old child

There is not a day that goes by that I do not thank my lucky stars that we stumbled upon the WEE Center - it was love at first sight!

As someone with a master's degree in early childhood education, I was quite taken with all of the teachers' professionalism yet willingness to get down on the floor with the children and play! Their knowledge of how to approach the young learner is evident in everything from how they decorate their classrooms to the units they design for study to the visitors that come to the school for extracurricular activities.

The most special thing about WEE is the incredible sense of community that surrounds the school. From the first orientation meeting to the closing picnic in May, Woodbrook is chock full of activities that just welcome the students and their parents and encourage them to participate in their classes and as a whole school. I really feel that WEE cares about each and every child. AND their family, because the student doesn't stop there - the family is just as important as the student!

There is a real Christian element to WEE that is infused in all of the teachings and is an underlying theme of the school. I daresay this is WEE's objective; to teach the students Christian principals and God's ways in everyday life through love, compassion, understanding and empathy.

So, you can see that Woodbrook Early Education Center is a very important part of our family's life! I honestly feel that by the time they finish WEE, my children will have gotten the best preschool education in town!
